Campus Imaginarium Workshops at Chalmers University of Technology

Chalmers announcement sub title: Co-designing future campus scenarios through participatory tools and interdisciplinary collaboration at Chalmers University of Technology.

As invited guest researchers hosted by Prof. Dr. Liane Thuvander, CCLab lead Dr. ir. Ceren Sezer and doctoral researcher Alper Al have conducted the second part of their research visit at Chalmers University of Technology between 16 and 27 February 2026. During their research stay, they tested CCLab’s serious game Campus Imaginarium on Campus Johanneberg, at the heart of Chalmers’ ongoing campus densification efforts. Students, researchers, and practitioners engaged with key trade-offs and co-designed scenarios for a more vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable campus.
CCLab is grateful for the inspiring exchanges and collaboration. Special thanks to our host Prof. Liane Thuvander, as well as to Sanjay Somanath, Johan Linton, and Elena Malakhatka for their support. We would also like to thank all workshop participants for their valuable contributions, including Stefan Forseus Nilsson, Monica Billger, Sara Karlsson, Ida Gäskeby, Henrik Mortensen, Karolina Ganhammar, Lars Jonsson Fabio Latino and many other colleagues, and fantastic Chalmers students.
