Erdem Sözeri from CCLab participated in the closing conference of the Horizon project JUSTNature, held in Brussels and Leuven on 10-11 February 2026.

The project aimed to advance socially just urban transitions through the implementation of nature-based solutions, ensuring equitable access to ecological spaces for all. The conference brought together policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and local stakeholders to reflect on real-world experiences, exchange lessons learned, and discuss strategies for embedding social justice and co-governance at the core of urban transformation processes. The programme included expert talks, interactive workshops, and a guided site visit in Leuven, showcasing innovative interventions developed within the project.
