Inspiring Exchanges on Living Labs and Just Transitions at Chalmers University of Technology

Community Collaboration Laboratory for Just Transitions is wrapping up the year with a fruitful research visit to Chalmers University of Technology, kindly hosted by Liane Thuvander (Division Architecture and Civil Engineering). We loved the inspiring exchanges with colleagues working on living labs, ongoing research projects, full of insights, shared challenges, and future ideas. We would like to thank to Liane Thuvander and our colleagues from the CITY OF GOTHENBURG and Passalen, Ia Kjellsdotter, Mikaela Björk and Cecilia Helsing, presented their amazing work with the youth, creative sector and universities in Jubileum Park and Frihamnen, to Sanyaj Somanath for sharing projects on Chalmers campus development, Monica Billger for the guided tour of Universeum AB for their work presented in museum exhibition, to Sara Pettersson from Urban Futures, to Bernd Ketzler from the Digital Twin Cities Centre, Elena Malakhatka from the HSB Living Lab, and to Marco Adelfio for inviting us to their student design studio in Hammarkullen. Thank you all for the inspiring discussions and warm hospitality. This visit was possible thanks to the RWTH Aachen University’s IDEA League Outgoing Researcher grant.
