CCLab welcomed the Toshiba Regenerative Innovation Center for an exchange on energy, water, technology, and social impact—opening the door to exciting future collaborations.

On 4 July, we were pleased to welcome representatives from the Toshiba Regenerative Innovation Center (RIC) to the CCLab for an exchange on shared research interests. Mr. Kohei Onizuka, Ms. Luciani Sara and Mr. Akinori Komaki from Toshiba participated in this exchange.

The visit provided an opportunity to introduce our respective work and discuss potential areas for collaboration. Our conversations highlighted common goals around energy and water systems, the role of emerging technologies, and their social and community impacts.

Both teams expressed enthusiasm for working together to connect technological innovation with participatory approaches that support sustainable development. We look forward to exploring concrete opportunities for collaboration in the near future.
