The IDEA League universities (Chalmers, Delft, Aachen, Zürich, Milano) all work on sustainability plans, focused on their campus, research and education. This conference is meant to present these plans and to exchange them with each other and with other interested European universities. This coincides with a publication by the IDEA League universities. The conference is attuned with the annual IDEA League summer school.

Collaboration with the summer school:

In line with the conference and sustainable campus publication, the summer school is focussing specifically on assignments related to university campuses. The midterm presentation on Wednesday and final presentation on Friday afternoon will be attended and reviewed by the sustainability coordinators. The rectors will visit the summer school on Thursday after lunch.
